178330 2003-09-27 08:31:00 If you receive an email purporting to be from Ebay saying that they need to update your credit card details, just ignore and delete it.

It looks very convincing until you examine it in detail.

Interestingly it was mentioned on TV3 news tonight.

178334 2003-09-27 12:06:00 If I ran a store I'd have a huge plant just for that occasion -=JM=- (16)
178335 2003-09-27 12:17:00 I am always disappointed when I go to Monster Fairs or Monster Garage Sales and they don't have any monsters for sale at all. They are a big con. :-(

:D

178336 2003-09-27 20:02:00 There is also a fake PayPal email doing the rounds advising that your account has been flagged pending you confirming information such as user names/passwords and credit details.

If you get a fake PayPal one forward it on to spoof@paypal.com complete with message headers.

Haven't received one of those "I have a few million dollars to put into your account" Nigerian specials lately. I did love bouncing them. :D
