Not sure which version of Windows you are running but a repair of Internet Explorer/Outlook Express may fix it for you. This can be done via Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Alternatively you might like to try another email client. I find Eudora very good - it is available in a free advert-sponsored version to try if you wish. Others are Thunderbird, Pegasus Mail and Foxmail. Thunderbird would be my second choice. :-) |

This is the file that the spellcheck needs, in OE. And yup you also need office. Dont know if Works will work. Haven't got it. BUT this csapi3t1.dll should be copied to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof Then spelling will work. Other than that, u can get freeware spellcheckers somewhere on the net. |

I Run Outlook Express 6, with the latest upgrades etc. When I upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2000 Premium Edition a few months ago it did not impact on the spell checking of OE. I don't want to sound too basic, but have you checked out OE>Tools>Options>Spelling? |
