178966 2003-09-29 10:55:00 I have a serious problem. I recently got a virus (fully updated Norton anti-virus found it) and deleted it. I use zone alarm free (the latest). I noticed that whenever I was on the internet, not running zone alarm (ZA), there was un requested internet activity, and then I acquired the virus again. So… I fully updated Norton and did a full system scan. Nothing found. I closed ZA and then got the virus AGAIN. My friend said it might be a Trojan horse or something. I it helps, I am running win Me on a 56k dial-up connection.
I know I can format but I just did that a few months ago to speed my system up.

HELP!!!!!!!

Do you know what the Trojan horse name is????

Also you might want to run Spy Bot & Ad-Aware to see if there is any else that might be causing the Trojan horse to come back.

178971 2003-09-29 11:20:00 You could try using the Symantec opaserv worm removal tool and see if it does a better job than Norton AV:
