| 178994 | 2003-09-29 12:00:00 | I have a large set of dsata that I want to graph with XL but i cant figer out how to get a graph showing what I want. I am looking at a list of 200 events and I have the year in which they happend. the events are over about 100 years. some years have more events than others. what I want / need is a graph showing how many events in any given year and so showing the most common yaers and such like. at this time I have a list of 2000 years in order like this: 1991 1991 1991 1992 1992 1993 1994 1994 1994 1996 1996 1996 1996 and so on.... what I need is a fast way to get 1991 - 3 1992 - 2 1993 - 1 1994 - 3 1996 - 4 and then I can graph that. I hope this makes sence to someone :-) thanks for the help |
