179562 2003-10-01 09:22:00 I need a script for a website that will allow me to
a. Confirm that the elements of a FORM are completed,
b. Send the info in the FORM to an email address,
c. On completion, redirect the user to a new URL

Any one able to assist?

If you are using a CGI scrip or (it may work with ASP, PHP etc...I have not tried it)

You could try:
<input type=hidden name=recipient value=yourname@yourdomanname.co.nz >

> c. On completion, redirect the user to a new URL

<input type=hidden value=http://www.yourdomanname.co.nz/yourfolder/confirm.htm name=redirect >

Is this what you are looking for???? :)

If not post back here.

Hope this helps

179565 2003-10-01 10:10:00 I'm not too hot on javascript, so can't assist with the validation aspects. But,

To send the form info to an email address:

<input type=hidden name="recipient" value="username@yoursite.co.nz">

To redirect:

<input type=hidden name="redirect" value="http://www.yoursite.co.nz">

179570 2003-10-01 12:55:00 Stu, I had to sort out the submit button, and it all went to hell. I tried various combinations, and in all cases the email was sent OK, but the redirect doesn't work.

The script I have at present is:

<tr >
<td align="right" valign="top" >
</td >
<td align="left" >
<input type="hidden" name="recipient" value="graham@ariel.co.nz" >
</td > </tr >
<tr >
<td align="right" valign="top" >
</td >
<td align="left" >
<input type="hidden" value="www.futurefree.biz name="redirect" >
</td > </tr >
<tr >
<td align="right" valign="top" >
</td >
<td align="left" >
<input type="image" src="image/cmdRegister.gif" alt="Register"
border="0" onClick "www.futurefree.biz name="redirect" >
</td > </tr >

Any suggestions?/
