| 180147 | 2003-10-03 08:28:00 | I have a problem when downloading. If I left click on a link to download say a PDF file the download starts straight away without prompting for a save location and when the download finishes the file download window flicks between onscreen and not being in existence. If I right click the link and choose save as I don't have this problem. I am on an win98 machine with Internet explorer 6. |

If you dont this will also cause this, it will download when left clicking on the link without prompting for save location as it opens acrobat reader as a plugin for internet explore, (if acrobat is not installed you will get a blank window) then if you choose to keep the file you can save from within acrobat reader | beama (111) | ||
| 180150 | 2003-10-03 15:11:00 | It shouldnt be a big problem bcos u download those files nyway to the temp folder and they are kept there for a while, it shoudl tell u the location its being saved to even tho u didnt opt to "save to a specific location" and if u have Adobe just run the file from the temp folder instead. | vk_dre (195) | ||
