180223 2003-10-03 23:32:00 I have a pIII 800 running win xp professional. I have 4 user accounts on the computer, but only one email address, which is shared by everyone. I use Outlook 2000 as my email program, and i am not sure how to share the account - i have the account set up on each of the users, but if one user gets an email, none of the others do. I had this working the other day - i just reformatted my computer. I cannot remember how i did it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tim Wetherell (3975)
180224 2003-10-04 00:41:00 You need to tell Outlook where to look for the PST file, and set all accounts' Outlook to look at the same PST file.

180225 2003-10-04 09:43:00 If you change the email settings in each account to leave mail on the server for a day or two then all users should be able to receive the emails in their accounts. They will only receive each message once.

This is assuming that Outlook is able to do this - Outlook Express can but I do not use Outlook and cannot check.
