| 180216 | 2003-10-03 20:18:00 | Every time I try to run SpyBot it gets about half way through it comes to a stop and refuses to continue. And I mean every time. I have installed it from four different sources with same result. I got the same result before I re-instaled Win XP. Since re-installing windows it still won't work. I have tried closing A/V. Turned off modem, and everything else without luck. I am currently useing Ad-Aware and that works OK. It finds the same eleven spies every day. Any suggestions? Jack. |

| 180217 | 2003-10-03 22:02:00 | Do you have the latest version of spybot & have you updated to the latest definitions. It had a problem on XP hanging when looking for C2Lop have a look on Spybots taskbar to see if that's waht is says when it hangs. If so, get the latest patches/definitions, reboot & no more hanging. As far as finding the same 11 in Ad-Aware have you set it to delete them? |

| 180218 | 2003-10-05 02:20:00 | I have the same problem with the spybot hanging on C2lop so I have gone into the Advanced mode and checked that one so it does not hang when it scans as recommended in the FAQ under help. My spybot is updated and still it hangs on C2lop. Where do I go for the patch to fix this bug. Ta Umila |
