| 180827 | 2003-10-06 04:30:00 | friend is selling me his external speakerphone fax modem he had it for 2 yrs and havn't had any problems... it's not V. 90 though... that's all he told me if it's not V.90 is it a problem ...?? and is it worth it to buy it??? |

| 180828 | 2003-10-06 04:35:00 | Depends on the speed and is that enof for you. Non V90 can be any speed really ... u need to find this out. Eg, 33k, 28k or 9.6k or even less.. like a 1200bps (1.2k). I had a 1.2k external many yrs back... I can pay $10 for something that will be useful to me, but won't pay $5 for something that is not suitable for me. Hope this helps. |

| 180829 | 2003-10-06 04:35:00 | It might be a 33.6 kbps. Or it might be one of the two competing 56k non-standards. Some of these had flashable roms, so they could be converted to the final standard (V90). If it works it's worth $10. |
