Turned on the other day and my desktop icons had been re arranged, also my mimimize, max, & close button icons had been altered to display squares and squiggles?????, Whats happened and how can I get back to default typing settings. | 180941 | 2003-10-06 23:11:00 | I believe somebody may have played around with your themes, or installed WindowsBlinds. Is there any new Icon in your System Tray? Check Add/Remove programs for WindowsBlinds, as that is one application that has that ability. And its not hard to move Icons... To move them back into order, right-click on your desktop and choose: -Arrange Icons -By Name That should help. Let me know if you're still stuck Cheers Chill. |

| 180944 | 2003-10-07 02:50:00 | No, it happened last week before daylight saving. another fault is that before i go into Win98 screen on startup it asks me to scan disc for errors. I do and still nothing happens. On startup if I push any key it gets me into the Win program? |
