| 181289 | 2003-10-08 01:49:00 | I have been trying for several days to get into an FAQ but after 2 mins give up and do something else. In an earlier thread on FAQs, Susan B said wait 5 mins, Jim B said FAQs virtually useless... Is an upgrade possible to speed things up ? Robo ???? Bruce ????? Cheers Tony |

The last thing we heard from Bruce was that they (the people at IDG/PCWorld are looking in to it… What FAQ are you waiting??? & I will have a look & I will copy & paste it in to here (I have JetStreams Starter & the FAQ do not load as slow for me ) |
