| 181593 | 2003-10-10 05:50:00 | I have done a screenshot of my Hardware device manager, which list my Network adapter - the actual device name (highlighted in grey) will be different than yours (if you indeed have one). Screenshot (sal.neoburn.net) If you don't have the Network adapters listed at all, then you don't have a NIC card or onboard lan, so we can rule this problem out. |

Sometimes I wonder if people skip right over resources sitting under their nose and go straight for third-party resources :D I know I've done the same, but a search in Windows Help for "boot" might find a relevant article and perhaps a step through guideline for resolving the problem. |
