1324557 2013-01-24 01:02:00 What a brilliant ad.

Even Fawlty Towers is being censored in the UK!

A lot of Aussie farmers and companies are going broke as they bring in food and groceries from Asia.

1324560 2013-01-24 06:57:00 Great ad. Don't forget the Ozzys banned the NZ made Hyundai ad with the kid driving as well for PC reasons. It would encourage small kids to drive their parent cars.. paulw (1826)

Really?

Well I never!

I thought it was because they were afraid that the athletic little Tarzan driving the Hyundai might have his wicked way with his little Sheila and smack one on her cheek while they were sitting there gazing toward the horizon .

In another 15 or 16 years of course . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

1324563 2013-01-25 21:24:00 I had half an hour to kill while waiting for bus home yesterday (free using Gold Card of course) so went in to DSE for a browse. Got talking Windows 7 availability with super salesman who new everything plus more than Moi. Thinking this, I set a trap and mentioned I had been using Windows since v.2

"I remember v.2" he said.

Made me realise that DSE are not to fussy about who they employ. He would have been only very early 20's at the most and V.2 came out 1n 1987.....25 years ago.

Lesson to learn....don't BS people. Some young people in shops either ignore you or talk down to you when you are a grey headed old fart.
