One aspect of Schools getting it, particularly in south Island, is that schools can then share courses - one school has Japanese class? Now all the other Schools that are UFB-connected can view that course live via eLearning systems. I think that's pretty awesome use of the technology.

Additionally, school libraries are used by the community as a resource - having fast access for public use seems a good use of public money.
