1324685 2013-01-24 06:58:00 - the negative is that by the time you get home again you'd be thirsty again...
You would probably be even thinner as it would be two steps forward and one back on the way home.:D

1324686 2013-01-24 08:08:00 Hahah, a mate of mine (who's called 'midget') was classed as obese, he's tiny. I'm 180cm or so and he comes up between my chest/chin, not sure what it was that triggered it, probably due to his height/weight ratio. He's not fat, not by a long shot! The Error Guy (14052)
1324687 2013-01-24 10:59:00 Do you mean that if they used a pedal car they'd get thinner, or that they just wouldn't bother, thus reducing the weight of traffic on the road?
All the above. And, if it was a hybrid pedal car, they would benefit immensely by pedaling to power the stove, TV, washing machine, etc. once they got home. That's got to be good for you. ;)

1324688 2013-01-24 16:08:00 Thin or Fat a lot of the is in perception.
I thought I was "just a kilo or two" overweight and got a fright when I used a BMI calculator, and found I needed to lose 10kilos to get into a healthy weight range. A mate of mine was totally shocked when he came through with "Morbidly Obese".
Here is an interesting one, it also uses your waist size. www.kiwicover.co.nz

How do you measure up?

Thanks for that link PPp. I actually come out as well within the "normal" range, which is good. Can't have the pot calling the kettle black can we? ;)
