1348022 2013-07-04 18:40:00 Hi,
I bought a new inkjet printer, MFC-J430W. I manage to print and send faxes, but find no way to send faxes directly from my win7 applications.
If I'm right, a new printer, PC-FAX must be installed so as to add the desired capabilities. In spite of spending time reading the Brother documentation, I failed to find a way to accomplish this task.
I"ll appreciate any suggestion.

Thanks.
My problem was the absence of a PC-FAX printing option, while the FAQ (and video) show how to use this option.
I've reinstalled the Brother software package, this time not opting to the default path, and everything is now running smooth.

It's a pity Brother doewsn't provide a more detailed and clear explanation!
