| 181843 | 2003-10-10 02:47:00 | Hello all, I have just been given a computer. I am not a computer buff. I need to know the speed of my processor(for games etc). I pulled the fan off the chip and it says: Pentium 3 1000/256/133/1.7v What is the speed? Please help Thanks |

When you say "speed" do you mean the processor power ???? |

| 181850 | 2003-10-10 03:20:00 | Dependant on your OS, and what version of Direct X you have, try: Clicking Start -Run type in: dxdiag It may tell you a little bit of info if you dont want to try downlaoding specialized apps :-) |
