181760 2003-10-10 00:00:00 I have been running PhotoImpact for some time and v7 for about 9 months.
I recently upgraded to XP and all of a sudden I cannot print from PhotoImpact in colour.
I can however print from any other application in colour.
I have tried all the things I can think of with no success. I have a HP 690c Bubblejet printer. I do not have a 'photo' ink cartridge (never have)
There are no new driver updates on the Microisoft site either

Any suggestions

enjoy

181761 2003-10-10 00:58:00 BubbleJet or Inkjet? Think Canon does the bubblejet and HP do the inkjet.

XP drivers should be the ones to use, Have you looked for updates for PhotoImpact? was it an upgrade to XP or a complete reinstall of the programs you use? You may need to reinstall PhotoImpact.

181763 2003-10-14 08:44:00 Can you print in colour at all?

When you print, try changing the settings to colour in both the 'normal' print dialog box which appears, and under the printer properties.

181765 2003-10-15 09:12:00 If Photoimpact was on the PC before you upgraded the OS, then try uninstalling and re-installing Photoimpact. godfather (25)

I agree that seems to be the last option

Many thank for all the help
