| 181931 | 2003-10-10 07:33:00 | I have a 56k Lucent Winmodem & a D-Link USB ADSL modem conected to XP Home. If I try to use the 56k modem, I am told that the port is already being used by another device. If I unplug the USB modem it makes no difference. I have to uninstall the USB software. This really brasses me off because sometimes Jetstart is very erratic & slow. I get better results from the 56k modem. I also have ME using the same two modems without any problems. I can switch from one or the other. Any ideas? |
