182440 2003-10-11 23:14:00 Hi All

I have some old orginal cassetes of great music. I would like to record them into a few CDs to keep.

My computer has an input for audio. Someone told me that I could input the music into the PC and then record. But the hiccup is that I need some sutuff to organise it into the PC first. Is this correct?

Where do I find sucha free downloadable software and what are the other things that I need to know for doing the job effectively.

My PC has a built in soudcard.

Your help is very much appreciated.

http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net You will also need a line out to soundcard line in lead.

182443 2003-10-12 03:59:00 Im not to sure for cassettes, but for records, you need a thingh sort of like a cd writer but it collects the music from the record on your pc and then lets you burn it from there to cd.

You may/may not need something similar.
Hope this helps,
