| 182561 | 2003-10-12 06:00:00 | I am using word 2000, and the problem I have is when you come to the bottom of the page, and it then goes onto the next page, but you reformat it so it all fits on the 1 page. How do delete the 2nd page(which is blank now) so it does not come though the printer. I know on the printer box you can state which pages you want printed, but how do delete that 2nd blank page?? | pskiwi (2823) | ||
| 182562 | 2003-10-12 06:14:00 | Hi pskiwi The best way I know is to simply place the cursor after the last character of the document, then drag the cursor down, holding the left mouse button, and press Delete. Probably other ways, but I don't know them - the latter works for me. Ciao |

You'll see any extra hard returns you have inserted look like the same back to front P. Delete these until you get back to one page - easy! |
