182876	2003-10-13 22:09:00	Hello, I am searching for some software that will do the following: Keep track of upcoming performances of a group of opera singers, with information about venues, dates, time, rehearsals, email addresses and other meetings. Track recurring music lessons as a time commitment. Ideally it would generate emails to the singers too, to keep them informed of the gigs they have coming up. I have done some searching, but found nothing that suits so far, so thought that someone here might have already been down this track. 182877	2003-10-14 08:33:00	Some kind of personnel management software may do the job for you, though I have no idea what. Maybe someone with experience with Lotus Notes may be able to advise if that would be suitable.	tommy (2826)
182878	2003-10-14 09:00:00	I'm going to go out a limb here and suggest Outlook, which allows the basic scheduling, and if your students have Outlook you can send them reminders of meetings etc... Plaxo is also a good one... at Plaxo.com N	nicnz (2273)
