| 183727 | 2003-10-16 07:39:00 | Hi. Graphic artists please help. I use Photoshop 6 and Dreamweaver MX for most of my website work. But I've stumbled on a glitch... ... When I manipulate an image in Photoshop using a certain background colour, place that image into Dreamweaver, and set the page's background colour to the same background # number, the colours don't exactly match. Hmm. ?:| The problem doesn't happen if I use white or black backgrounds - just all the others (that I've tried). I use the Image Ready part of Photoshop, which is supposed to be the Web app to use, so I can't figure out why the exact same colour #'s are displaying differently. Specs... Win XP Pro, properly functioning vid card (Radeon 9000), latest drivers for vid and monitor etc etc. Thx for any wisdom. |
