183466 2003-10-15 01:51:00 It has to be... it just has to be!

I've made an MDS image of a few CD's etc. using different apps to create them, but I want to be able to use those MDS images in Linux.

Is there a special app I can use to do this? I'd rather not have to extract the contents of that MDS to my HDD anywhere (Not enough room) if I can avoid it

Where do I start?

Anybody able to give me a nudge in the right direction?

Cheers

183467 2003-10-15 03:29:00 Last time I looked an image of a CD was roughly the exact same size of the CD in the first place. So surely you'd have the room ?:|

hmm, did a bit of googling and couldn't find anything for it straight off.

183468 2003-10-15 03:56:00 Not unless one of the MDS files is a DVD.. the rest are about 650Megs... but there's a few of them.. and it could be time-consuming to copy the files from the Image to the HDD if need be...

This DVD Image is around 8 gigs... Now you know why I dont have room enough!
