| 184267 | 2003-10-17 11:34:00 | On checking afetr scanning my Pc in updates i find there is one for XP that involves NET Framework 1.1, which appears to be for developers. I asked MS Newsgroup help site, NET category, if I need this. Answer was; Yes if i have dot.net application. What's that mean? This download is 23mb! Any advice? Pete | dinerouk (4690) | ||

| 184271 | 2003-10-17 19:07:00 | don't download it, the .net frame work (1, 1.1) enables you to run visual basic.net adn c# applications. if you don't run these, then don't download it. if you do, and if you want me to, i could possibly put it on my website. |
