184806 2003-10-19 08:46:00 I have a LG GCE-8240B 24x10x40 CDRW Drive and the latest copy of Nero. How do I get the drive to identify 90mins CDs? The drive only sees them as 80min discs. jxsmith (4504)
184807 2003-10-19 09:24:00 Have you set the overburn in the Nero expert settings to be 90min?

Mike.

184808 2003-10-19 11:24:00 Nero 6?

Is the Trial limited in functionality?

Another thing to make note.. Read the warnings, and the Help file on it (Yeah... Just PressF1 and search for it...) coz it can damage certain writers permanently, sometimes rendering them useless (Ive heard horror stories... :-().

On the up side, you squeeze a good bit more life outa ya CD-R's :-)

184809 2003-10-19 19:34:00 I have version 5.5.10.15 of Nero. I notice that the 'write method' is set to track at once and greyed out. I've adjusted the expert settings to allow for the larger discs as instructed on the packaging for them. jxsmith (4504)
184810 2003-10-19 19:47:00 With my CDRW (Plextor) I had to get a firmware update to enable 90min CDR support. If your CDRW doesnt support it I dont think it matters what settings are in Nero - have a look at the manufacturers web site. parry (27)
