| 184422 | 2003-10-18 05:23:00 | The 3GB hard drive Im my old Acer Extensa 501 DX (P266, 120MB RAM) died the other day, and Im looking for a replacement. Does anyone know of a place where I could pick up something similar reasonably cheep? I have had a look on trademe, but most people seem to think their hard drives are worth a small fortune, considering a new 20GB Hitachi goes for $189 INC GST. Cheers Liam. |

Get a new one so you get the good warranty as well. I can see a few on this page here (www.pricespy.co.nz), but yea they do look a bit expensive. How much are you wanting to pay (max) and what capacity. |
