| 185092 | 2003-10-20 08:34:00 | One of my family is a frequent visitor to NZ Dating online. Each time he visits the site I am left with a file called Internet-Optimizer. This little pest web page pops up everytime you misspell an URL or type an URL that no longer exists. Up to now I have been able to go to "Find" in Win98 - and up came optimizer.exe, which I would delete. Now I cannot find it with a file search. Have tried Ad Aware, Spy Bot, McAfee Uninstall, Space Odysey and Track Eraser with no luck. Would appreciate any suggestions on how to get rid of this thing. Thanks and regards, Simon Tirikatene. |

You could also check out this page (www.spywareinfo.com) for more tools that could help. May I also suggest that you try using an alternative web browser to Internet Explorer, such as Firebird or Opera. ;-) |
