| 184898 | 2003-10-19 11:13:00 | Hi interested in any information on receiving sky TV on certain TV video cards. If there is anyone who has had success with this, could you let me know the type of card? At present I own a P4 Laptop and was also wondering if there could be a plug in card for notebooks? Jon PS also would still like to receive info on this subject even if not suitable cards are available for notebooks or laptops.. | jonduc (4754) | ||

| 184902 | 2003-10-19 19:20:00 | I started a thread called "The Sky Thing" which deals with the legality of the sky thing. In this thread we discussed at great length whether in fact doing the sky thing was technically illegal in NZ. The general conclusion was that while we all know it should be illegal there does not appear to be any directly applicable law against it in NZ. In that thread there are a lot of words. Some of those words when used in a decent search engine creatively/laterally will result in links to pages in NZ and overseas which will clarify everything you need to know. Have fun searching. |
