185564 2003-10-22 03:06:00 I wonder if somebody can point me in the right direction here ? ........

I have set up an Apache web server for my students to upload to. Everything appears to work fine except they cannot upload a folder containing files. They can however create a sub-folder in their ~/public_html folder then upload the files to the folder. Dragging a whole folder from the local to the remote does not work.

They are using CuteFTP. The program gives no error message - the upload of an entire folder just doesn't happen.

185565 2003-10-22 03:39:00 This isn't an Apache problem. It's an FTP problem. :D

In the old command line ftp, there was mcopy to copy multiple files ... I don't know how the graphic ftps work. Perhaps "select all" then drag would work.
