| 185543 | 2003-10-22 02:46:00 | For those who don't already know, I'm in jail! Jail is a very stimulating place and worst of all, remand inmates can't do courses or have computers! I however have no intention of rotting and after spending 3 months delegating my life, it now time to do some learning to fill in the days. What's a good Linux mag to subscribe to? Hopefully there's still some Linux buffs on this site who remember my level of understanding enought o be able to recommend something at my level (no smart comments please!). Thanks, .Chris |

Some good material to sink your mind into - for that matter the real Bible could be good too! (not meant to be a smart comment). | JohnD (509) | ||

It's well written, but it's probably beyond what you want ... unless you want to write the code for a USB device ... :D Can you get books from the Christchurch Public Library? The Linux shelf is fairly full at this moment. :D |

Ordering in books from the library is a good idea, perhaps there are some SuSE flavoured ones available. Some libraries will get in books if they don't normally carry that particular one, so it might be worth checking this out. Jen |
