| 185403 | 2003-10-21 06:27:00 | Help - we have been using ms money 2000 for almost 3 years without problems . Now it won't accept a basic entry e.g. a withdrawal from our cheque account, the response is - entry can not be accepted I use windows xp home edition and have uninstalled and reinstalled ms money . have also done a xp restore back to 11 october as momey problem has arisen since. Ran anti virus today and found a dialler virus which has now been removed but still the money problem - anyone with any ideas? Ta |

Have you removed the virus since doing the XP restore - in theory you could actually have restored the virus as well. (BTW - I've been doing a study using Money 2003 and you wont get any new features upgrading to Money 2003 if you were thinking about doing so) Hope this helps, N |
