| 185362 | 2003-10-21 04:05:00 | I got a problem - I use Oultook XP - whenever I clik "send/recieve" or F9 etc - it comes up with 'operation failed" Wot to do? I'm on XP pro |

| 185363 | 2003-10-21 04:43:00 | F9 does not work in all versions try F5 The problem may be due to your anti-virus incoming or outgoing mail scan failing. Disable both for a check. |

| 185365 | 2003-10-21 05:44:00 | The fact that you antivirus and firewall have not been causing any problems previously does not mean that they are not the causing the problem with Outlook now. I would look a bit closer at both of these. |

| 185366 | 2003-10-21 06:00:00 | If your antivirus mail scan has failed it may have changed the pop server settings and you will need to set them back to your ISP settings. Go to Tools/Acccounts and Properties of your mail account. Check or change the Incoming POP server setting to that of your ISP In Account Name make sure only you login name is there, delete anything else. |

| 185368 | 2003-10-21 06:05:00 | tried that - deleted them, and renetered them - even tested them - and they worked. Also - i can send emails - no probs. And i can download headers - and then download one email at a time - using the headers etc |
