The incentive to crack that game without cheating came from one of our quieter forum members (thank you :-)) who had kindly sent me a walk-through but I was rapt when I won without needing to resort to it. You are addicted I used to play half a dozen games every night (prior to all-you-can-eat internet :D) before putting the computer to bed but now only manage the occasional game. Have actually done quite a bit more than 617 as that one got put in the "too hard" basket, so the actual tally is somewhere over 800 games. Not sure of the exact number as I have mislaid the figure. Either way you did well, but especially so if it was your first attempt. Congratulations!. I sure lost some sleep over it before I finally managed to do it. Re game 1941, your comment intrigued me so I just had to give it a go. I tried it about six times tonight and could hardly believe my eyes when I actually managed to complete it successfully.
