186400 2003-10-25 01:05:00 i was sent a hallmark e card but when i try to open it i get all thestuff aound it but the place were the card shoud be is blank. The words are there to tel me who sent it tho.

I use w2000 and browsr is IE6. i have norton av2003 and zonealarm but they dont bother anything else. i looked at www.hallmark.com and see the cards there are postcard or flash.

what is flash and do i need it to open my card? The same thing happens if i try to look at a postcard on there site.

186401 2003-10-25 01:22:00 Flash is Macromedia Flash . Is it just a blank spce or is there a squigly bit that looks like the missing piece of you jigsaw puzzle?

186403 2003-10-25 02:54:00 ok i went there and loaded flash. now i get bats flying on the first page of the hallmark site so i guess flash is working but my card is still a balnk :(

what d o i do next?

186405 2003-11-01 22:57:00 well i've played around for a week but im still geting nowere.

even if i open a demo card i get a balnk were the card should be. I loaded flash last week but still no go. colud it be asetting in my computer tht is wrong like somthing in security?

I would like to help you, but I have never use win 2000 sorry but I cannot help you here :(

The only thing I can suggest is forget about it for a wee while, it might fix it self :D

also Have you tried reinstalling IE???
