| 186128 | 2003-10-27 22:15:00 | i think its kinda good being forced to upgrade coz it means your up 2 date and that holes are covered if any were exposed in the last version and so on... but i also think they should keep the old versions out for ppl who wanna use it but yeah i think its all just a security reasoin to be forced to upgrade.. i could be wrong... btw i dont even like ICQ....every time i go on "available" or connected when everyone can see me online i get spammed ...yes spammed with messages of ppl with porno websites and so on....and ingoring them "pressing ingore" doesnt even work... i dont wanna start a flame hre or nefing but everyone to their own opinion :) |

| 186129 | 2003-10-27 23:36:00 | Something weird's happening with my (newly installed) MSN 6.1 - everytime i log on, i notice that my display picture changes, so its a bit annoying having to change it to the photo i originally had. BTW, it doesn't change back to a particular photo (i.e a default photo) it changes to a different one everytime i log on. |

| 186131 | 2003-10-28 00:46:00 | theres one thing i want changed about msn... enable renaming the contacts.. coz it really irritates me how some ppl change contact names every 5 mins (peachy coming from me coz i do it sometimes hehe) but yeah it would be cool coz we can in yahoo messenger... and then msn would be perfect...arrgh did i just say perfect to a microsoft product... :) and thanks for that tab removal thing..hope it works...which i just did and it worked..thanks heaps :) |

| 186132 | 2003-10-28 02:57:00 | Hey chris - regarding you wanting to rename the contacts, do you mean by overwriting their nicknames and replacing with their real name or whatever? You can actually do that with Msg Plus. (sorry i cant remember where to download it from, just google and you will find the site :)) I was playing around with Msg Plus and came across that feature. Haven't used it myself, but no doubt it will be handy for you. |

| 186134 | 2003-10-28 10:19:00 | i think its kinda good being forced to upgrade coz it means your up 2 date and that holes are covered if any were exposed in the last version and so on... what about coffee,thats bad for u,we shud make laws so we cant have it,it mite harm us and alcohol and anything else , cant go taking any risks now,let the gov decide in its perfect manner whats best for everyone ;-) hehe :-P thats what microsoft Tells u-really its just about control,money,marketing and putting what THEY want into our pcs.. running windows 95 with msn 2.2,msblast did nothing, no virus aimed at win95 anymore,sure it has holes in security,but Who cares! it worked fine ever since 1995, no problems, IBM brand pc- thats quality! no virus ever either!strange that.. |
