| 185981 | 2003-10-23 18:47:00 | I am making a database of tyre sizes & models. But I have noticed with eception to the id number it is possible to duplicate field data again & again. E.g 21 Bridgestone techno 350 185 70 R14 22 Bridgestone techno 350 185 70 R14 Which is no good really, I will end up making copies of the same data. Any ideas. |

| 185982 | 2003-10-23 19:13:00 | Im not a tyre expert - is the 21 & 22 bit the ID# and the other details the tyre info? If so, you need to change the field containing Bridgestone techno 350 185 70 R14 etc to have no duplicates by opening the table in design view and selecting the field then in the General tab below change the indexed property to Yes(No Duplicates). |
