If I have folder on Dropbox and I have shared it with various people, do they get notified if I add files to the folder? If so, how - email or what?

I think dropbox does a small pop-up on the screen on the bottom right corner where the dropbox icon is saying a file has been added. |

Yes, that rings a bell. I guess the sharee :) will have to have the dropbox desktop app installed fore that to work. That could explain why some people haven't been aware of the updates. |
