| 1349469 | 2013-07-20 03:15:00 | I've tried and tried to download and install an app for my Galaxy Gio. I did this successfully for my other phone, but getting it to install just stops at a washed-out screen with no way to click the Install button. I've got the manual, and even tried to download it via the pc - no luck. I can't imagine what the heck I'm doing wrong! :dogeye: Probably something pretty simple :( (The app I'm wanting is QR Droid) |

| 1349471 | 2013-07-20 06:27:00 | I haven't got an android but when I had problems with my iPod Touch not installing and deleting apps the other day I rebooted it by turning it off then back on and it worked after that. That sounds obvious but what I didn't realise was that I hadn't been turning it off completely but had been putting it to sleep but once I got that sorted things were sweet. | 1349475 | 2013-07-21 04:53:00 | Jen... this phone is a "slightly" more advanced version of my previous one, so it "should" be compatible, I woulda thought. Having said that, no I haven't installed any other apps at all on this phone. I'll give something else a try. Thanks for the replies. |
