1325210	2013-01-28 00:39:00	Hi This is my first time in a forum -- I just wanted people out there to know what happened to me today. I phoned Auckland Mobile Autoelectricians today morning as my car central locking system was not working nor could I use my windows. My kids school starts tomorrow & I needed the problem sorted out today . I phoned them, they took down my details & said somebody would come at around 1p.m. Nobody turns up, I call them & this person called Symond says to me they are all booked up, I said to them an appoinment was made & somebody was to come. He puts the phone down on me. I call again & speak to the lady who took my initial appointment, she says they are full, I said why did you give me an appointment then, she puts down the phone.I'm in a fix, I have 2 boys starting school tomorrow & no way to lock my car when I leave them at school. This company's site lists all the great "reviews" that they have received. What sort of cowboys are they??	Delna (17001)

1325213	2013-01-28 01:03:00	Yes today is a public holiday but this co. Auckland Mobile Autoelectricians' website says 24 hrs. 7 days & they did make an appointment, then they go back on it.Which reliable, good co. does it??	Delna (17001)

Or did you? Or did they say, someone may come today? You can't always expect same day service........they may have had people booked in already and no free time immediately.	pctek (84)

As this thread is overly critical and attempts to assassinate a valid business on fairly feeble grounds of complaint I'd have to move that this thread gets deleted. It's not like the car was worked on and returned unsafe, or that there's a flood of other dissatisfied customers, it's just one person who doesn't see reason when a serviceman is busy / prioritising his work. THEY WORK 24/7 ACCORDING TO THEIR WEBSITE. 2. I CALLED THEIR 0508 NO. & THEY SAID THEY WERE WORKING. 3. THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME -- THEY GAVE ME A TIME, THEY TOOK MY ADDRESS & NO. 4. READ THE CONSUMERS' GUARANTEE WEBSITE -- THIS FALLS UNDER THEIR CATEGORY AS MISLEADING INFORMATION. SUCH COMPANIES HAVE NO RIGHT DOING BUSINESS WITH THE PUBLIC.	Delna (17001)
1325219	2013-01-28 03:19:00	Hi I rang spoke to the lady who said they DO WORK TODAY. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S WRONG WITH THOSE 2 GUYS ON THIS WEBSITE. THE POINT WAS----- THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME, GAVE ME A TIME, & DID NOT TURN UP & DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON CURTESY TO PHONE ME BACK AN INFORM ME OF THE SAME. THE POINT IS NOT WHETHER THE CAR CAN WORK OR NOT. ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS MAYBE THOSE 2 WORK IN THE SAME WAY AS THIS COMPANY.	Delna (17001)
