Partly true Clive; here is a link for one area that should never have been built on: www.youtube.com That was September 2010 in Greendale and then they had the next 3 local quakes. Whoever took money under the table to allow this land to be built on needs to come up with the difference in price, be it CCC, ECAN, Developer or builder, most knew it was swamp. For 19 years I travelled to work past this area, watching it being swamped by the incoming tide. The only business amongst the pools was a car dis-mantling operation. Lurking.	Lurking (218)
