I did not even know I had a message -- still learning how to use this site, but I cld not answer back to u privately as it does not allow me to. I'm a genuine person & that is my real name. As I told Lynlie earlier I did not know that writing in capitals means shouting. So I apologise again to everybody. If I had known all this was going to happen I wld have never posted here. One of the people recommended no more cowboys website, so I'll be writing there. I wish I had known it earlier. Yesterday when the incident happened I googled feedback & forums & the only forum that came up was PCWorld, hence I went ahead with it. I know in this day & age, times are difficult & people work hard to provide for themselves & their family & I do not want to put down any business or person. But these people really are just not bothered. Today morning I called them up again & said I'd like to speak to the owner. The lady there told me " Oh u are the same woman from yesterday, hold on". I held on for 7mins. & put the phone down. I won't call them again. Also I did not force those people to come yesterday itself, again I went & googled auckland mobile mechanics, the page showed their website & no. & I called them up. I asked if they wld be able to come in today & they assured me that they wld. The whole point I was making was -- okay one can't make it, but then one does call up & say so. I mean we are educated people, right?? It's just thinking about the other person. Today I called another company & they will sort out my problem --- their callout is $99 --- imagine I'm not at home when they come?? They will definately bill me & I would be liable to pay as I am at fault. Also all I ever did was give facts everytime somebody wrote something & they did not like it. |
