I thought I'd send them an email and suggest they might like to read this thread and maybe respond. When you go to their Contact Us page, there is no email contact - only a phone number, and no physical address. Also there is a line that says "for terms and conditions click here", but it is not actually a link. Irrespective of their response/non-response to the OP, their general customer approach looks a bit questionable. |

Did you not see a programme on TV recently where "customers" have gone online with all guns firing? Who is to say that the OP is a female, is not a jilted lover, or just an auto electrician working in competition?? This whole thread stinks! I'm sure that the owners of P1 would NOT condone this cheap and tacky behaviour. |
