So if you're so dissatisfed with this company, why don't you log on to nocowboys.co.nz and leave a bad review - that would be a site that would have a more interested audience. And if you think it breaches the Consumer Guarantees Act, report them to the Commerce Commission. I suspect that the company, being based in Auckland and this being Auckland Anniversary Day, probably only have a few servicemen on call and they got booked up very quickly. Though that doesn't excuse losing your appointment. I also suspect, based on this thread, that you got a little heated when talking to them - that wouldn't endear you to them and make them go out of their way for you either... |

| 1325222 | 2013-01-28 03:35:00 | Hi I rang spoke to the lady who said they DO WORK TODAY. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT'S WRONG WITH THOSE 2 GUYS ON THIS WEBSITE. THE POINT WAS----- THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME, GAVE ME A TIME, & DID NOT TURN UP & DID NOT HAVE THE COMMON CURTESY TO PHONE ME BACK AN INFORM ME OF THE SAME. THE POINT IS NOT WHETHER THE CAR CAN WORK OR NOT. ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS MAYBE THOSE 2 WORK IN THE SAME WAY AS THIS COMPANY.Ooh, touchy! |

| 1325224 | 2013-01-28 03:43:00 | Yes I am wouldn't u ?? What would your reaction have been if somebody makes an appointment & then does not turn up ?? Or let me put it another way -- what if I make an appointment with a service person, they come all the way to my house (cost of petrol+their time) & I'm not there?? Is that fair? They will bill me. |

As this thread is overly critical and attempts to assassinate a valid business on fairly feeble grounds of complaint I'd have to move that this thread gets deleted. It's not like the car was worked on and returned unsafe, or that there's a flood of other dissatisfied customers, it's just one person who doesn't see reason when a serviceman is busy / prioritising his work. If it is frivilous then all the more reason to let it remain & not be deleted as the people have the common sense to judge it for what it is. I have made my point to the general public & I now have better things to do so won't be putting anymore comments about this issue & will maintain a dignified silence whatever the subsequent posts may have to say. |
