| 1349557 | 2013-07-22 08:27:00 | Why does Xtra send items I send to myself into the Spam folder? It does include a .pdf file (the club newsletter) - I send it to myself with the club members as BCC. And how do I get this sorted, so it doesn't end up in the Spam bucket?? Thanks for helping. :) |

| 1349560 | 2013-07-23 02:14:00 | Oops. :( Outlook 2010. Spam folder or 'Junk email folder' ? We arnt talking about the Spam Folder in webmail are we ?? Do you have a 3rd party Spam filter installed, or a AV spam addon ? Basically, your mass mailouts look like spam, so they go to the spam folder. Not sure of easy easy fix for that, perhaps use a 3rd party bulk email provider. Easy to fix on your Outlook, right click => junk => add sender to safe senders list That wont help for all your other recipients |
