| 1349545 | 2013-07-22 03:27:00 | All of a sudden I can't start any of my Office 365 programs, and Quick Repair does nothing and Online Repair won't start. There's no specific error details that could help either :( So is there anything else I can try? |

Can you try this please - try opening word in safe mode by Holding down the Ctrl key then opening word - if it opens then its possible some sort of addon could be causing a problem. Seems theres a few people having problems same actions ( or lack of) some 'fixes" are uninstall office and reinstall it again. support.microsoft.com |

Can you try this please - try opening word in safe mode by Holding down the Ctrl key then opening word - if it opens then its possible some sort of addon could be causing a problem. Exactly the same result... Seems theres a few people having problems same actions ( or lack of) some 'fixes" are uninstall office and reinstall it again. support.microsoft.com I'd rather try and avoid that, but it's looking like it's necessary :( |

Some additional info, I think it started happening after the latest update (Office informed me of updates which I installed, then it stopped working), and it does nothing for 3-5 seconds before saying it can't run. |

| 1349552 | 2013-07-22 05:32:00 | Office 365 may be different then, I'm using 2013 ( not 365) and the files are in C:\Program Files(x86)\Microsoft Office \ Office 15 | wainuitech (129) | ||
