| 187411 | 2003-10-29 00:39:00 | Never dial a connection will stop it dialing but you will need to use a shortcut to your Dialp connection to connect with as the dialer will not appear when opening IE or OE Try to find what is requesting the connection, may be anti-virus,firewall or windows updates.
