| 187774 | 2003-10-30 02:23:00 | You may need to change your regional and language options. Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages>Details and make sure under Install services that English (New Zealand) Keyboard has US selected. |

| 187775 | 2003-10-30 02:24:00 | You may have got the keyboard/regional settings wrong when the new keyboard was installed. You have one of the International settings, which allows you to insert accents on letters. If you have Windows XP, enter "apostrophe and quotation" in the Search (top of this page) . Click on the first link, then the second posting in that thread will give a link to instructions. Complicated enough? :D |
