187767 2003-10-29 22:59:00 Hi .I have 3 harddrives. C d and e drive.F drive is my cd rom drive and H drive i my cdrw drive. However there's another drive called G drive and windows explorer shows it as a cdrom drive.
When I click on it it says there's no cd in the drive.I can't remember the error correctly but its the same error if u were to click your cd rom drive in windows explorer without a cd in the cd rom drive.Would anyone know what that drive could be?How can i delete it?

Running win 98se .200mhz k6

187772 2003-10-30 21:42:00 Try going right click my computer and choose properties-device manager.
open up the drives folder and pick your drive, right click and remove.
If you get a physical/real drive, it will automatically re install on next restart.
