| 188370 | 2003-11-01 03:32:00 | I have been using Paint Shop Pro 8 for some time, but it is now causing me a headache. When I try to open the program either by clicking on the desktop icon/the exe file, nothing happens. The hourglass on then disappears immediately. I have tried Uninstalling then re-installing the program but to no avail. can anyone help. I have e-mailed jasc but they do not seem to want to reply. Titch |

| 188371 | 2003-11-01 04:04:00 | Right click on the icon - have a look in properties, and see where it is trying to open the prog from. Maybe not the right place. If you go to windows explorer, look in the file folder, and try opening it from the .exe file in there. Bye |
